We are based in Central New York, owned and operated by us, Ty & Kate Brown. We buy houses in the CNY area, renovate and get them back on the market for a new owner to make a home. When you call, you'll talk to Ty and he'll be the one visiting the property, too. Kate is the designer and business development gal. Don't worry, we're not the next Gaines' - just your regular Salt City dwellers improving Central New York one home at a time. We look forward to hearing from you!

IN PERSON
HOUSE VISIT
We will walk the property with you, check it out and see what we can offer. If it looks like a good fit for a fair price, we follow it up with a contract.
From visit to contract, less than 48 hours!
CONTRACT TO SALE
From the contract signing, we work with you and your lawyer (even connect you with one if you don't have a lawyer),to get all the documents in place for closing. Our aim is 30 days from contract to closing. Quick!
